Great American song. My favorite version is Robert Earl Keen's, but there's no good video on youtube. Worth a listen on Spotify or whatever you use.

(I like Emmy Lou Harris, Sheryl Crow and Linda Rondstadt, too).

Local to me but I've never gotten out to see them. Great stuff.
