I haven't really bought anything, yet, though I did pay all of my monthly household bills today. I like to get that mess over and done with as quickly as possible.

I also went ahead and paid the registration renewal for my truck a month early, so that's out of the way as well. :ohm:

Now I need groceries for the week!

I love them! They are so comfortable ... sit low on the waist with extra deep pockets and double buttons on the leg pockets. I hate velco! How can one possibly go on a commando mission and it be a secret with velco noises going on? ;)

I slept in a green camo colored pair last night, stashed two Quaker chocolate chip chewy bars in pockets ... just woke up and ate them.

I had to go pick up my other pair of glasses today, and well, the bulk food store is in the same parking lot and I needed to spend $20 more by the end of March in order to get my $10 gift card. I know you all can see where this is going, but I also trust that you also see how important it was to obtain my gift card in a timely fashion. Right?

At any rate, it isn't important how much I spent. I did buy healthy stuff, plus I not only got my gift card, they allowed me to use it on this purchase instead of waiting until my next purchase like I was supposed to do. There may have been a tiny amount of pleading in order for this to happen, but none that I will admit to.

I bought raw cashews & walnuts which I will roast and season. Almond flour, dark chocolate chips, dried veggies...I will use most of this for trail mix. I also bought fresh almond butter, dried prunes & various other dried fruit that I use to flavor my kombucha tea and kefir sodas with. Oh and some dried herbs- herbs de province, oregano and basil.

Groceries: romaine hearts, feta cheese, garlic, artichoke hearts, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, apples, a huge grapefruit, greek yogurt, organic canned pumpkin, hummus, guac, and sugar-free popsicles.
