*Stacy (Deviant Mom) will also be welcomed to Texas, but she's not moving here. Yet. Check.

So I hear there's a newish lesbian bar in town. Is it any good? What's better - Friday or Saturday nights? How's the music? How's the crowd? I know I could use my google-fu but it might hurt my delicate and dainty little femme fingers. (ha)

I have wanted to open a lounge for us to hang out in,ya know kinda like a blues club with a piano player,a nice bar,places to sit and chat without screaming ones head off to be heard.tables with candle light...ahhh well I gess I wont be comeing up with something like $100,000.00 to do it up right anytime soon..thats on the cheep side of bucks so ive been told..would be nice tho.

Thank you - I wish I had caught them when they existed. We were talking about going down to rain or bout time tonight, but we realized it's like 60 bucks in cab fare from our hotel - so we decided we'd rather stay in. :)

You know, there is a guerilla queer bar group in town. It's all men and they pick a different straight bar each time - show up en masse and queer it. That might be fun to crash too. We could guerilla queer the guerilla queers. :)

Yeah there is Petes and the Elephant Room is pretty cool. They play jazz there, it's not very big though. I'm in too.

There used to be a Guerilla girl bar group back in the day too but like every other female queer related thing it falls by the way side because we are to diversified a group to keep anything going for long.

A piano Bar raid sounds good to me, too!!

They still do it but under a different name. Some youngins have taken it over but they usually pick fancy upscale places. Not like Guerilla Grrl did with the cheaper places.

Well now if I could get some insite to winning numbers for the lotto or powerball I would move to Austin and open a piano bar like no other..know how to do it..can make it work....just need the $$$$$.It would be open to anyone but in reality it will be for us.
