Incubus - interesting pics!
Will have to take a look at the link you provided. I don't mind looking at other people's self portraits but can't stand to look at myself! And the spanakopita looks interesting - I don't think I've ever had it. Must try sometime. MS - where have you today? No snow in the forecast I hope. I'm not up to much today - might go do some laundry if I can get my butt in gear. Other than that I've got some knitting I want to do, some reading - - and then there's the Olympics. You know in December I was in a store and saw the mittens and thought $10 is too much to pay. Now you can't find those things anywhere. I've was going to get a hockey jersey but the ones they have in the stores aren't as good as the one I got for the 2006 Olympics.....unless I want to pay almost triple for a really fancy one! I don't think so!!!! |

Ta ever so Wryly :D - the project was one helluva a year, it's pretty much a visual blog.
I can highly recommend spanakopita; an unctuous mix of spinach, feta and (lots of ) garlic just can't fail to be tasty - the trick is to squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the spinach/greens or your filo pastry just disintegrates ...I was inspired to have a go making it after trying a few versions at a 'Continental Market' in Lincoln (uk) I hope you're enjoying the Olympics today. I took the path Butches hate--read the directions, so to speakm and went to the Newbies forum FAQ. It's EMPTY!!! Not a word has ever been printed there...
