Yes. When I'm cooking for someone special or those I love, I do enjoy cooking--cuz it's a labor of love! Even though it doesn't sound like it, I do "know my way around the kitchen" because my mom's a wonderful Southern Belle who taught me well ;)

Anything in my cast iron skillet!! My mom is a Southern Belle and she and my granma's taught me well.

My favorite dish to cook is is a Thai dish called crispy fish. Been told its my best by an opinion of my first mentor out of college.
