What brought me joy...
D's mom is starting to feel a lil' better, so last night after dinner, we went by her house to pick her up and take her to look at Christmas lights all over town. Stopping on the way home for frozen yogurt. |

I forgot to turn in one of my timecards a few weeks ago. I must have had the pay periods mixed up because I was surprised when I saw some pay in my bank account! Yay! I wasn't expecting anything until after Christmas.

going to sleep last night and sleeping more soundly then I remember having done in a few months now.

What brought me joy today...
First thing this morning, a flower delivery from my boo of the most gorgeous stargazer lilies & white lilies I have ever seen. Inscription on the card was two simple words "Fingers Crossed". |

There was a raffle at work today and I one a $300 photo copier. Also, my boss brought me and a coworker a bag of homemade cookies. And to top it all off...wait for it....today was the last day I had to work this year!! I'm off for the next 2 weeks..YAY!! :clap: :thumbsup:

My mother's procedure went smoothly, without any weirdness; and soon, sleeping in my own bed.

a small parcel received in mah letter box, containin' a small, yet priceless gift o' love. yup, life is good...

I was able to make someone's day by giving them a very early birthday present on top of their Christmas present! It felt good to just do something special for someone without wanting anything in return, just because I could brighten their day a little further.

Getting all my packages together that needed to be shipped & dropped @ the post office.

Waking up next to my very special someone and knowing I will see him again in two days :)

A few things brought me joy on this day:
waking up...always brings me joy :) knowing my family/friends are safe and healthy seeing the smile on my co-worker's face when I brought her a surprise lunch :) hearing my mom's happiness when she told me she loved the flowers I bought for her... spending time with my new BFP peeps :) <----Joygasm! :bucktooth: |

Coming back to work after an idyllic five days with my beloved and NOT having to put out 97 fires the moment I walked in the door! Maychance the boundaries I am imposing are working!!! (but I will still wait for the other shoe to drop!)
