My daughter has an evaluation this evening to possibly join the best swim team in the state. Three of their swimmers made the Olympic trials and one competed in London. It's a huge time commitment and if she makes it I hope we are both ready for this....

My koi pond out back. Not sure to leave it as-is and just upgrade the filters or totally re-do the whole thing and make it larger. I've been waffling for 3 months now and need to get on it.

My messed up foot in the cast. It is slowing me down and cramping my style.

This is how I deal with overwhelming stress that turns in to anxiety:

*Float, eyes closed, ears underwater.
*Lie down in a dark room with music that soothes in my ear buds, breathing deeply and purposefully.
