My Texas cousins LOVE this place, and camped out their in their motorhomes & RV's.

While I haven't ever had the pleasure to see this island, I have seen their photos & heard their stories.

Sadly, 2 no longer are able to do anything anymore...:(.

Yes, NPI is one of the prettiest beaches in Texas. I am always up for a road trip and fun time with friends.

I'm NOT really an outdoors type but if the answer to daisy's inquire is yes and they have hotels nearby, I could be talked into this..:hangloose:

My family RVs on beach all the time in S. Cal, I have not. Sounds like a great time!

Darn, wish I had read this a few days ago ! I just spent the last 2 weeks in the Dallas area !! We could have had a "mini" meetup !

I have not heard of this Chad, is it discounted prices or soft and easy to chew foods ?!!

Some places here, often pubs, do an OAP {old age pensioner}
special. I am not quite there in age yet though !

Hey Chained Daisy...it is indeed discounted food prices...and usually some portions are smaller....like instead of a stack of pancakes, you will get one...or sometimes, two. You can get one egg, one bacon or sausage, or turkey bacon...:)

It IS a great deal....

A beautiful day here in the sunshine state.

Agree with Chaqueso, the 55+ menus rock! Most times, anyway!

I can order off kids' menu since I had my bariatric surgery done, and is plenty for me to eat! We get a wallet card stating such...:)
