hey all hope all are having a good day.. karmas day sucks he is in the hospital with a broken toe...i have no clue how he did it probly jumping in or out of my truck poor guy he was hurting so bad. there going to have to do surg. to fix it and they will call me at 4 to let me know if i can come get him or if he has to stay the night..

good morning all... hope everyone is off to a great weekend! i just picked Karma up from the vet..$$$$!!. lol my lil puffy white poodle has a cameo cast half way up his front leg (glad they didnt put a pink one on). im making a bed out beside the truck so he can keep an eye on me while i work on it. even though he is drugged he wont let me out of his site! gawd i never thought id fall for a little dog.

I am glad to read that Karma came home today! I had yesterday off and decided not to do anything! How long will he have the cast on? I can honestly say, they are our children. I had a cat, named Symba, since he was a huge orange tomcat, that got attacked by either a dog or a raccoon. I took him to the vet and I spent almost $500 on him to have surgery and remain at the vet's for a couple of days. He was worth every penny that it cost me and that is why I am thinking of maybe getting a kitten when Matt and I move. I do believe Athena needs a play mate! Yes for many of us our pets are like our children and there is no price to high to pay to keep them happy and safe. but i have been told on more then one occasion that i go over board.. might be a good thing i never had people kids of my own they would be rotten!

Yes I do have to venture back into the Jungles of Gay Days. My next day off is this coming Wednesday. I am sitting here having breakfast at the moment and then I am going back to watching, "Cracking The Maya Code" on NetFlix. Have you tried the bread at Publix? Good Morning everyone.
Zimmy, I am having a good weekend even if it was only a one day weekend. I got home from work at 7 am yesterday morning and slept until 8pm. I was so tired I ended up going back to bed around 12am. Got up at 6 this morning and walked Holli, put a temporary fence up to hold the new dog in the yard and then gave Holli a bath. I really need to come up with a name for this new dog since it appears I'll be keeping her. I'd like to come up with something non gender specific. Anyone have any suggestions? |

I love those days, when you can do nothing but sleep! Friday was my only day off until this coming Wednesday, and I will be taking it easy until then. How about Terri? Matt, my roommate, came up that one. I am thinking of maybe Baby? What are your plans for today after you give Holli a bath and put the fence up?
