Lunch was more like brunch for me. I had eggs scrambled with heavy cream salt and pepper. I added some freshly grated parm cheese to the top and a couple slices of ham that was leftover.

Lunch was a 6 inch veggie Subway sandwich. 9 grain honey oat with vinegar and Chipotle Southwest sauce. All the veggies except onions and hot peppers.
I also had raspberry cheesecake gelato from Breyers. |
Today's menu was roasted pork with Emiril seasoning, scalloped potatoes with cheese, and roasted glazed carrots.

This afternoon's lunch was sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, with roast pork, a little bit of kielbasa, and hotdogs.

Diced cantalope; an orange; cucumber slices and purple onion in a dressing made of mayo, sugar, and milk; and a cube of smoked gouda cheese.

I am having fresh mushroom ravioli in olive oil and butter with link sausage. Yummy!

I had a huge chunk of watermelon with sea salt, a chipotle black bean burger with smeared avocado and a horseradish sauce on a mutli-grain sandwich thin and a salad with mixed baby greens, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, tomatoes and OG dressing. Yummy!

Made Pa Dutch homemade Chicken Potpie
Very rich chicken broth, chicken I roasted diced up, diced celery, onion, potatoes, carrots, and homemade noodles. It is served as a soup not a pie!! Yummy! |

I had lunch at my favorite restaurant with a couple ladies I used to work with/for.

Sticky teriyaki cauliflower wings. I had no clue just how 'meaty' and hearty cauliflower could be until I found out how to properly batter them to give them more weight and substance. Might make some rice to go with them.

I am having fresh pasta tossed with olive oil and butter. I added zucchini, black olives, artichoke hearts, parmigiano, and ham.

Bed of greens with sliced strawberries, a huge spoonful of dill chicken salad, diced avocado, and walnuts with a balsamic vinaigrette made with diced shallots, oregano, avocado oil, and dijon. |
Since I didn't eat breakfast, I had the other half of young bloods quiche from last night (eggs and mozzarella) and toast

Vegan hotdogs wrapped in bacon and garlic-rosemary fries. Serve with lemon-iced tea, of course.

Smoked pork chops, fried potatoes (were yesterday's baked potatoes), peas and carrots, cauliflower, homemade applesauce, pickles, olives, and a few french fries.

I guess I was carb craving.
I went and got some egg noodles...boiled them with some garlic salt and snap peas...meanwhile sauteed some turkey ham and red pepper chunks with minced garlic...added some spinach the noodles at the last minute and threw it all together with TJ's every day spice and some red pepper flakes. A sprinkle of cheese topped it off quite nicely... Not bad for thinking I didn't have a THING to make for lunch lol |
Stuffed peppers, green salad, coleslaw, olive flat bread and lemon sorbet to follow.
