I think the decision should be made by the person who inhabits the body. However, I can see a role for the state to have a say when attempting to protect minors, and people who no longer have cognitive abilities.

rescue but only if there is some health history and the tag does not say "can be very aggressive to short older women"

elementary for sure...I was so cute and innocent and loved playing tag....why repeat high school if you hated it first time round and can't remember playing tag without getting punched after.
