Well, I'm sure I could do a better job at it but off the cuff;

1. I take very, very good care of what I have. Car maintenance up to date, don't let little home problems turn into big ones, etc.

2. I ditched the expensive gym membership as soon as my organization built a free one for the employees.

3. I don't drink coffee so no expensive Starbuck's habit.
