A BIG thank you to Alpha for hosting a GREAT time yesterday and being such a warming and welcoming host! We had a great time!

We are planning on hosting the next get together,and once the date is for sure set, we will let everyone know asap so that time off requests can be put in where need be! :wine:

Alphaaaa!! When will you be out here mayne? I know I'm off June 3 and it would be cool to hang out with you and your peeps for the day and have some lunch or dinner or something.

Anyone else coming out to Orlando for this and want to have a get together June 3 for a picnic or eating out?

Also everyone, St Pete Pride is on June 30 and Zimmeh and I will be there as will some others and we look forward to it!

On a personal note, we are moving at the end of this month and we will look forward to hosting a BBQ perhaps in the very near future. We have a couple pools in our community, a tennis court, and playground.. so you can feel free to bring the kids.

Hello Fellow Floridians!!! Hope everyone is staying high and dry while this crazy "tropical storm" invades us!!

As a reminder, St Pete Pride is on Saturday June 30th! There are quite a few of us going and we would love if more would like to join!!

The parade is at 9am, and festival/vendors are from 9am to 3pm! PM me if you would like to join us, and we can exchange numbers so we can all meet up once we are there!

OK, I do not know who left the shower faucet on full blast, but damn it man, turn it off!!!

Holy cow the rain has been going for about 14 hours now LOL My pool has overflowed, my dogs cannot cross their legs anymore and looks like I can fish in my back yard!

How is everyone else fairing?

I live "on the ridge" down the center of the center of the state. I've been here through the hurricanes in 04 and this tropical storm - no floodin. If Florida sinks into the sea, we will be the last to go. Flooding along the east coast is pretty bad, though.

I will be going to St Pete Pride. I'll be there for the parade (I know they call it something else, but I can't recall the name at the moment), and the street events and then I'll be heading to Tampa to spend the evening with some friends there. I'd love to meet some of you and say "hey!"

ohhh man some rain! damn that Debby. Our poor lil doggy gets out when we can take her out and sometimes we are running back in so we don't get drenched. We are not in the clear yet till Debby gets back into the water and gets outta here! On the plus side, guess I'm getting some defensive driving lessons in the rain! I hope everybody is staying safe.

Floridians!!! Missed many of you in Little Rock, sadly. But I'm thinking a get together for us since Orlando Pride starts next week. Zimmeh and I will be able to make it to Hamburger Marys comedy night on Friday Oct 5th.
