Waking up and cuddling with my sweetie before going to work.
Letting the dogs out of their crates when I got home, and being greeted with kisses ETA: Folks are coming down tomorrow so the contractors can finish our countertop/replace lighting downstairs. My mom wants to go shopping with Bard and I :) I think Bard may prefer to stay home and sleep (Hy is off work at 6 and my folks plan to be here for 8!) before we have a wedding to go to. I am just super excited to see my mom and spend time with her :) |

Being able to finally get a BFP name that represents who I am and not be stuck with the put on the spot name of Alix67.
Being able to help three of my friends here figure out how to post their pics in the anti-gallery temporary thread. Seeing so many faces in the above thread that allowed me to put a face to the name. All and I do mean all of the wonderful private reps I have received this weekend from special friends and complete strangers as well. My real time femme friend, okay she is an ex, text just to see how I was doing and then immediately jumping online so we could talk because she really does know me and knew I had to clear my head. Getting to know newer friends on BFP Dropping off a homemade meal to a neighbor just because I knew he needed it. The story being written in another favorite thread of mine. Many things have brought a smile to my face today. The balance to the sadness that is greatly appreciated. |

The kids waking up to me being an overnight staff and answering to me with yes ma'ams and asking if I would please stick around to make them breakfast. :) The other staff that were around asked what I've done to get that kind of respect from them... and so early in the day. I give it to them and I expect nothing less in return... :) |

A deliciously long hot shower this morning with body wash that left my skin feeling so soft & silky...
The cashier at Walgreens last night...she's a really sweet older lady and giggled as she confessed that she'd had a Magnum ice cream bar for supper... Thinking about going home for the weekend...am soooo excited!!! |
