I easily digest, assimilate, and release the things which no longer serve me.

I am one with all that is. The Universe holds me safely in Her loving arms.

So what if I have opinions. I am just as valuable as the next person. |
We choose how others influence us. I choose to allow others influence me only positively

My personal song for this day ~ and days to come ~ will be laughter.

I will focus on appreciating the little things, no matter how routine or mundane.

Every day in every way I am getting better, better and better. Good health comes to me easily and effortlessly.

I am grateful for the warmth of my true friends. Holding them close is a gift.
|
I am strong. I will persevere. I will keep to My path.
|
Tomorrow (because I'm posting just before bed), I will remember how close to the front of my mind my happiness and joy and love was today - and I will hold on tightly to the moments that bring it close tomorrow. I am truly blessed.

I am a creative being. My thought is the mold for my blessings.

I will not allow the actions of others to affect my in a negative manner. I will not take someones' lack of communication with me as a personal affront, realizing that that person has a life of their own.

The present moment rains upon me and in this present moment, I welcome that which is precious and fills me with joy.

Today, I'd like to cultivate patience - mostly with myself - and my process and remembering that being a work in progress is okay, because I am making progress. I also want to cultivate a sense of self-nurturing today since I called in sick for a reason.
