Hi all, new here, can't sleep so I thought I'd post an intro. (five minutes go by...um...now what?) Ok, how about stuff I like: my dogs (yes, I'm a cliché), live music, Pipsticks, reading, traveling when I get the chance, a cup of good French roast coffee with exactly two brown sugar cubes, various Netflix binges, and spending maaayybe a little too much on clothes.

Something weird about me: I don't really like chocolate. It's ok I guess but I just don't get why it's such a big deal. If you can't be my friend now I understand... ;D

I'm not quite butch but I'm not exactly femme either... or maybe I'm both, I don't know. Let's just say, if I won the lottery I'd be spending a lot of time in Sephora AND Home Depot.

Oh and I have the BEST and sweetest and cutest girl. :heartbeat: She's like me, somewhere in between. Nothing wrong with the butch/femme dynamic at all! We just found a slightly different spot on the continuum and it works for us.

I recently made friends with an awesome and adorable lesbian couple who pointed me towards this website.

I'm a Gen-Xer, and my interests include complaining about various things (politics mostly), hiking, reading, movies, various geek media (Doctor Who, Bojack Horseman, GLOW, Life is Strange) and clubbing. I mostly enjoy industrial/goth and new wave/retrowave music but I'm also pretty chill with most genres for just listening in the background.

I'm originally from rural North Carolina, but I moved from Maine to the DFW area in Texas earlier this year. I enjoy camping, fishing, playing guitar, and getting my hair cut every three weeks.

Not exactly a newbie......I was here years and years ago. Think that's where the 3 Thanks came from when I made my first post today, after all that time. Maybe they're a leftover. Idk.

I've forgotten just which user name I registered with back then. Pretty sure I might have made a post or two over in The Loft, so gonna check it out to see if I can find any. Then, the website was closed for some years, but now it's back up and here I am.
