Taking my girl to register for her classes so damn proud of her and taking this step.. also a sweet cuddling kitten this morning well and last night my girls head on my chest and the kitten on my side life is good

oh and there is a beautiful rain storm outside my window

Renewing a past friendship that I thought was lost (thanks MountainStar) and the new friendships I made with Mxxi and Scota. It's true what they say. One can never have too many friends in ones life.

I was always under the impression that I really didn't need friends. Usually too much drama. But I've come to learn it's a great feeling to have friends.

Mum's gone away to spend the next two nights with the relics (relatives, her name not mine lol)
But knowing how spaced out I am from the stronger painkillers and muscle relaxants, she made me lasagne and garlic bread to eat and she went into Alnwick and got me some more tobacco so I don't try to walk to the local store when I run out.
She's the best Mum ever, without a doubt, she came in the other day and tidied up so I wouldn't trip over anything, cleaned the cats litter tray for me cos I can't bend over safely, put my trash out and took me shopping for food I could zap in the microwave, so, when she comes back, we're going to our local book store and I'm buying her lunch, skies the limit, whatever she wants she can have because I owe her sooooo much!
I know she'll probably never get to read this post but I just have to say this;
Mum, I love you so damn much, you've been my lifeline and sanity while I've been sick, you've put up with me being a grumpy bastid when I've been feeling ill and you're always there for me, I'm the luckiest boi in the world because of you, thank you for being you and thank you for being my Mum!

My nephew and I went for a drive after dinner and had to stop to get some gas. At the pump next to us was a truck from the Canadian Border Services - - - the driver was the most amazing looking butch that I've seen in a while. Not sure if she was butch or not; but man - that swagger and the way hy filled out hys uniform! Man - my stomach did this little flip and all I could do was stare and try not to drool.
Seriously - I've never reacted this way to another butch before. But man, oh man, hy was fine. :seeingstars:

Crazy Little Girl

When I pick my JR up from puppy daycare, she's so happy to see me, she runs full boar right past me! Then she circles back, showing her little smile and lays at my feet. She's my sweet little angel. She makes me laugh so much!

Massive, my darling best friend passed away last weekend, and I have been lost. Kiss your mum, hug your mum, make her smile, make her laugh, and I am touched hearing how much you adore your mum as well!!! Brighton is her great grandmother's place of birth. Say a prayer for her, please, if you are ever going by that way. Thanks hon.

I've been in a kind of weird place the last few days and that "possible butch" just sort of gave me a jolt I was really needing. The swagger and self confidence hy exuded is what I've been sorely lacking of late. So I don't think the attraction was hym so much as much as it is my wishing I had that swagger and self confidence.
But today I am in a better place - - thanks to hym . . . and you! I just shouldn't wallow when I'm felling bad - - I just got to go out there and be me!

Although, I do admit, a tiny bit of attraction because of the way hy filled out that uniform. Hy wasn't the type anyone would give a second look to - - older, overweight and in uniform. But, like I said, the swagger. oh my.
