OMG........
J-Lo......:awww:  |
i love watching the try outs....... and i dont always get to do that on the road... I watch a lot of shows on my lap top that i miss.
but for some reason....... Idol does not post the episodes, after being aired. sooooo i missed it last week :( the very last kid that sang last night... i really hope he makes it all the way. :) |
< ---- trying to be a good girl and not talk about the episode til everyone has seen it LOL, all i'm gonna say is the very last one, was my fave.. loved the story, and he was so good!
i soo love watching tryouts, some of them are downright hilarious! 2nd episode (for me) is tonight, i can't wait! *happy dances* |
He's an early fave of mine as well.

I had to go through hoops and get help from my honey to see last night's episode. But, boy, was it worth it! Besides, you can see a lot of the auditions on youtube already.
The girl that wanted to bring Liza Minelli to the masses and infuse pop with broadway was awesome. She's most definitely not anywhere near the best singer but I absolutely loved her awkward and abundant energy. I'm glad they put her through though I doubt she'll make it through Hollywood week. There's already a sneak peak spoiler list of the Top 40 out there, so if you don't want to learn who is and is not making it, watch where you click! The last kid and the kid from Jersey who'd been in a wheelchair were really, really good. I liked the singing waitress and the North Carolina girl too. The girl with the stars needs to tone things down, but she was good too. I was uncertain at first about the choices for judges, though I do like Steven and Jennifer just fine, but now I'm glad. Tyler cracks me the Hell up. "Did you eat a lot of paint chips as a child?" Priceless! I also really like that they are getting more into the contestant's auditions....playing drums on the table and singing back up, etc. |
I've got to say that I'm LOVING New Orleans a lot! Making me miss the city a bunch though. :(
|
I've seen the 15 year old boy singing "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" and he's fantastic, but I'm having issues finding the actual episode. I may not get to see it, for some reason. :(
|
I have not watched this show in years. I tuned in this week to see Jennifer Lopez and I have to say she does not disappoint. She is just so gorgeous!! I am so happy to see her doing something where her personality and charisma come through. She is a true star to me. Steven Tyler is also fantastic. I will keep watching to see those two every week.

J-Lo really is so beautiful, i sooo agree..
and Steven Tyler is actually soo great to watch in my opinion, i was scared i wouldn't like him as a judge and really am pleasantly surprised.. i think he's funny as heck! i didn't get to see the second episode of AI this week, i soooo missed it *snifflies* - i went to a site i normally go to that i watch tv episodes online but got a virus, so won't be doing 'that' anymore.. not a huge virus, i was able to remove it, but lesson learned! *must set myself reminders for each episode from now on* ohhh, actuallly i just thought i could probably see it on the website for the channel it's on here.. ctv (Canadian channel) .. that's a definite safe site , going to check now! |
WHOA. Just started last night's American Idol. The 16 year old country singer? He gave me chills. CHILLS. Can I have him?
|
Chris Medina.
Great story. Great guy. Great voice. That is all. :eyebat: |
Why do I cry at the darned auditions. I really like Steven Tyler as a judge. He's very generous.
Last girl of Nashville? Final four prediction. |

:stillheart: The 15 year olds have BROUGHT IT this season! I'm really excited to see them progress, though I suspect many of them will be eaten up by the show and the stress. Steven is a naughty puppy and it really irritated me in the first episode when he and Randy did a high five while Jennifer hugged the booty girl with the silver stars on her boobs. But I do find his criticisms to be honest and kind. That was unexpected for me. I figured Jennifer would go the mama route, since her twins are toddlers now and it's pretty hard to shut that nurturing instinct off, and she did. She's been pretty upfront...after the first few times she had to say no...that is. Randy's been more forthright than in previous seasons. I don't think he's mean. I think he's just tired of it all. 10 years he's been listening to people yammer on about how this is their dream and how good they are and they sound like that Younique girl in the blue prom dress. |

Judge: What do you do?
Contestant: Clinical Pharmaceutical Trials Steven Tyler: Really? We have something in common then. That's how I spent most of the 70's. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA gasp HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA |
I wasn't sure if I'd like the new AI, but....I have to say I LOVE IT! Steven Tyler rocks! Just shows that you don't have to be mean to make the show rock!
|
the new judges have offered this show a new chance. Turning it on to watch is refreshing. Its like opening the work fridge and seeing that someone cleaned it out finally. Damn ... unexpected suprise. Might just bring my lunch again...
It had gotten to be a damn sideshow...from contestants to the judges...no one was taking it serious and it SHOWED. Hell..the winners werent even making a mark once they made it off the show room floor. They were like a new car once it left the lot.Value decreased by several thousand dollars.... I can smell the fresh rain and it smells oh so good...Idol might still be alive.... |
Hi "fans". It looks like they have a lot of talent this season! Can't wait for the top to start performing. My favorite........ James...... He can belt out a song, and reminds me of Adam Lambert. I think the judges are doing a good job. Gemme .....Paula was a Laker girl, remember them? My team. Goooooo Lakers!!!
