Glad you decided to come out Joan. Hope to see you posting more.
Now you can relax because the hardest part is over.

Hey WolfyOne. I am glad I decided to come out. Now I feel I can be more open around the threads. Thanks dude.

I do love personally responding to each person....Lording, my FB friends probably have to hide me cuz I post so much!

Ohhhhhhhhhhh... vintage glassware might be a weakness for us!

We lean towards FireKing Jadite and a Hazel Atlas pattern called "Crinoline"... Of course throw in the offset ball pitchers and the carnival glass, the depression glass (green and pink), the antique furniture and the cast iron and..and... and.... we have rules now about if one thing comes in, another must exit!

We live in the SW portion of the state near the NC border in a teensy place without a traffic light. Our antique collecting really fits in well here and we often scour flea markets and consignment antique shops on the weekends.

I work (and live) in Richmond throughout the week and have a couple of favorite thrift shops that also have lots of antique glass and dinnerware.

One of these days, I have aspirations to be one of those folks on Antiques Roadshow who fall out when the value of the item is disclosed. LOL

Oh,oh oh, oh!!! I went to the DC Antiques Roadshow! But I wasn't one of those lucky folks that fell over at having something valuable. I have been watching the episodes and I saw me in the background.:)
