I was going to caution Kobi about encouraging you, but I see it is too late.

Message from God.....apply logic to the following "phallacy"

God
I was brought up in a secular home. We did not go to church, and there was no reference ever given to a God figure in my childhood. Yet my mother is a member of the First Christian Church and my Dad is a die hard Southern Baptist.
Religion of any kind has always fascinated me and I have read many books about several different religions. For me I found one common thread that seem to speak to me. Hope in what is unknown. Every religion puts forth a vision of hope and to see that vision one must have faith in the unknown that is presented in the religion one chooses to believe in. If I were to choose a religion, I would be a Methodist. I can align my thoughts with theirs and not feel pressured to be anyone other than who I am. Now there are divisions of this religion that I could not align with, but this can be found in every organized religion so it's not a major roadblock for me. I think it's interesting to think about being God. I'm not sure I would want that kind of pressure on me. I'm not really into needing super powers, though I would like to know the winning numbers on the lottery jackpot. I think for me if I were God for a day I would want to come down and just hang out with the regular folks, no red carpet treatment, no big dog meetings. I would want to take the time to listen to those who do believe in me and those who think I am manufactured image. I hope a lot about a lot of things. I wonder if that is my own personal way of believing in something bigger than myself. It may forever be unknown but it is the way I choose to believe. |
If I were God I would feel like a jerk for letting humans ruin the earth.

I don't believe in a corporeal god, I think it is the sum of our consciousness and all living things and systems added together.
That being said I really like the idea of being an old school low key god, Like Christina, goddess of the knobby gnarly ancient trees, delicious baked goods and who also does a minor diety gig in learning and education. Oh and I wanna hippogryf to be my companion and transportation. |

Sunday thinkin'
As god I will command and go as far as turning back time with my godly powers and NEVER allow my only son Jesus be born in a barn or crucified for being a free thinker...
Let it be written, let it be done! |

It would be rerun.

Atheist here so this is a difficult concept. i would be a kind god and one who serves. i would stay out of the mix. Priorities: End child abuse. Guns would not be allowed. Flags and national borders would not be allowed. god would not need to be worshiped. god would bow to the people. Commandments: Love, respect, serve, and care for all people no matter what. i would frown heavily on religion of any kind it only serves to divide ImO What would be a sin: There would be no sin there would be law to deal with law breakers. What would i do with very bad people: nothing it would be up to the people to make laws to deal with this. |

was something men came up with. I don't think (IMO) that that was something that came from God. And it sounds like you would have done a good job. |
I've thought about this a great deal....I wrote out many things, then came to the realization...I really wouldn't want the job of being God.
