Retro or Retrogrades?

Hard to tell because we do call bad things into our lives by our ideas, I think. If you think negative thoughts, negativity finds a roosting spot and then spreads.

So...it's a balance. I know for myself that Mercury Rx always does fun things in terms of how I can communicate with other people. Working in the tech world where I have to talk/type to folks, it's a real bear!

But, as a writer, it's great energy for editing and reworking stories. It's perfect for poring over every critical little detail. I use it as a reminder to slow down and pay attention to the fine print in all things.

So use the information for what you will but don't discount the power of suggestion!

It's one of the way a good con artist psychic can take you to the cleaners in a heartbeat. :soapbox::rant:

And that's one of my biggest pet peeves in the psychic world. :)

I am not an astrologist. However, I do ceremony at the full and new moon. I do recognize the influence of the building energy the week before the full moon. Tend to cause emotional peaks and valleys for myself and others. female energy seems to be most affected the first 3 days of the week preceding; male energy the last 2days. I have noticed for myself there are some full moons that tend to be more intense than others. Blue moons tend to emit more energy than others.

The energy shift at the new is gentler. It seems to fulfill it cermonial purpose of personal goal setting.

I am an intuitant. However, I don't do readings unless it is for a personal enhancement purposeor an emergency. I do agree with you that psychics are more acute in picking up body language cues than most people. I have seen intuitants lose their gift when their greed and/or ego overtook them. Because the gift is 'spiritual', to use it for profit brings it into the 'physical' level which lessens the 'spiritual connection'.

I am sure that the energy of other planets within our solar system aso have effect on us and our Earth. :tarot::deal:

Problem solved.
Speak to no one and keep shopping until the 15th.
Oh, and a matching hat would be nice. :)
I like to keep it coordinated, ya' know?

Understood, cap'n. :fireman:

Here we go again, y'all. Merc went Rx (Retrograde) today and will be that way for a lovely three weeks.

Are you ready for some eff-ups?

Martina 04-18-2010 07:06 PM

i already had a bad one -- profession related. Hopefully it will get cleared up tomorrow. WTF? Every time this happens my life goes to SHIT. i don't even believe in astrology, yet it's uncanny.

Gemme 04-18-2010 07:08 PM

True story: Two seconds before seeing your post, I had a guest come back to me.

"There's something wrong with my key," he says.

"Here we go," I think.

Apparently, my 5s look like 2s.

*deep breath*

*exhale*

Thankfully, it was not a technical issue....this time.

Arwen 04-18-2010 07:30 PM

It's upping my cranky factor a lot. This one is in Aries for a bit and then solidly in Taurus so that will be interesting.

This is why the vacuum decided to blow out instead of sucking in when I went to use it earlier.
Of course I was able to fix it, but dayyyuuummmm, I shouldn't of had to.

Um... I'm doing fine all by myself without Merc throwing it in retro. Sheesh. :eatinghersheybar:

Arwen 04-18-2010 08:12 PM

Two things.

Wolfy, the fact that things were blowing instead of sucking around you sounds like a personal problem to me.

Sybelle, tell me about it. OY!:mob:

Arwen 04-18-2010 08:34 PM

The fact that I had to read Diva's post FIVE times before I got it should tell you a bit about how much MerRx messes with me. :rabbi:

About three days ago, I started to feel really grumpy. I'm not usually grumpy at all. I have been even more tired than usual. Stringing words together to make a coherent sentence is a challenge. And on and on. Is it Mercury in Retrograde? I was thinking I needed more Vitamin D! Seriously. :)

I hear you. I was taught to carry cinnamon with me during Mercury Rx. Cinnamon is sacred to Mercury so it pleases Him and He might let you off the hook a bit. :)

No, I think your vacuum situation was the result of a square between Saturn and it's dust particles. *smile* According to that transit and your birth information, it appears it only happened to you.

Sorry man.

;)

I'm just not feeling this whole Mercury in retrograde thing - everything seems like business as usual to me.

Question. Since I'm a Gemini and Mercury is, you know, OURS - Am I in retrograde? I don't feel like I am in retrograde.

I DO, however, feel like the world is full of crybaby princesspantses who aren't happy unless they are surrounded by 81 cheerleaders, a pastry chef, a therapist, and a life coach.

Fuck that.
