ok finished my move from the phoenix area to kingman. love it up here but im not sure if there is any gay/les life here. i moved into a biker neiborhood all except one guy has a harley or at least rides.. i think the one guy is not gay but a cross dresser. any im 20 mins from the casinos in laughlin and all the fun on the colorado river 2 hrs from vegas. the weather in much cooler here then in the valley. anyone coming up this way to visit or play in the river or casinos please drop me a line!

We are having a little Butch and femme gathering in Minneapolis October 22 to 24, 2010.

All are invited.

We are in the planning stages. So far:

Friday we will have a meet and greet downtown--details to follow.

Saturday brunch then whatever you want to do: swimming, Mall of America, site seeing.

Saturday evening, Party at hot-not's house including horseshoes, karaoke, dancing, Chef Jenn is cooking.

Sounds good. I assume you're talking about Casino Arizona at Talking Sticking Resort? at Indian Bend?

The one at McKellips is considered Mesa now. It is the original Casino Arizona. I used to go this one years ago when I lived in Scottsdale. LOL :)

Next Friday night is a retirement party for one coworker and celebration party for another coworker who just became an American citizen.

I could meet up afterwards or Sat. if that works for others ... I'm pretty flexible.

I am ok for meeting then. It would be nice for BPP to meet then. Do we want just BPP to come or are you comfortable meeting other Arizonian gays?

I haven't ever been to Tucson Pride...but I here it's better than Phoenix. I will be going for Sat. Festival ass I work on Friday. I am maybe going w a couple of peeps you're welcome to come with.

So who all is planning on going to Tucson Pride? Maybe we could meet up there? Being I have never been I don't know where it's held. It'll have to be Sat for me, sinceI work on Friday.

Reid Park (at E. 22nd St. and S. Country Club Rd.), the Pride in the Desert Festival takes place from 10 am until 8 pm and features dozens of prominent performers. This year's lineup includes such notables as Jonny McGovern & Team Pimp, Ari Gold, Adam Joseph, God-des & She, Boys R Us, Marc Pedraza, Courtney Robbins, Namoli Brennet, Dragstar Cabaret, Angie Evans, Sabra Faulk, Patty Larkin, and many others. Performances on the Main Stage are emceed by Mistress of Ceremonies Bunny Fu Fu, and there's additional talent performing at folk-spirited Coffeehouse Stage.
