Strange you should mention this,I always knew when my Grandpa and Grandma were in the house or around me somewhere just by their scent.My son often says the same thing about me,once my cuzz was visiting hear so after a wellcoming hug she said James and me must use the same scents..we don't and didn't have any on at the time.

Perhaps you two have the same combination of Phermones. (sp?)

Some folks smell better than any perfume or scent on the market. Love when that happens.

That very well could be.I use to spend untold hours in the forrest rideing horses and doing cattle work for my uncle or just camping out,many said I smelled like pine needles most of the time.I often us old spice sea spray or stetson high country scents,they don't have an over powering smell just light and nice,anything with a strong smell is way to much either on me or someone else.

Cantaloupe- I like the way it tastes, though not too wild about the texture. It's the smell of it that I cannot get past. It's difficult for me to sit at the same table with someone who is eating it. It smells like sweaty gym socks to me. :sock:

I love the aroma of good coffee, the way the bottoms of dogs feet smell like Fritos, and the salty air by the ocean. :dog:

Olfactory pertains to the sense of smell. Since soft cat fur was included in the previous post, which could mean the person who started the thread also meant to include any of the senses including touch, I just went with the main five - sight, smell, sound, taste and touch. However it could be the previous poster's cat, unlike mine just smells really, really good too! In which case then I've veered a bit off track.

The way certain people smell sans perfumes or colognes. Warm, spicy scents in my home. Permanent marker. Coffee. Incense. Patchouli. Cedars of Lebanon. Frankincense. The smell of earth. Dirt in my hands. Lavender trees. Orange trees. Gardenias. The ocean. Coconut suntan oil.

I love lots of scents... but lately, the scent I love the most is the scent of my man, Juan. I like his men's cologne or just his natural scent.

Whenever I go to Home Depot, I like to stroll by the lumber section and smell fresh cut lumber then I forget why I even came to lumber section.
