I've been thinking today about new beginnings and second chances and how lucky we are when they drop themselves serendipitously in our paths. I've also been thinking about how the ability to love and feel loved by someone is further evidence of a higher power up there. I have never felt so fortunate in my entire life. There are so many reasons to feel joyful (and grateful!) today!

As usual - thinking about how the Oiler will be a part of my life into perpetuity. Old age, mundaneness, fun, laughter, sorrow, just being.

Puplove 03-07-2010 01:36 AM

I forgot to add -- that Oiler better give me at least 50 years of mundaneness or I will hunt his ass down and torture him in the afterlife. Is that joyful? Oh yeah.

FeminineAllure 03-07-2010 02:24 PM

Watching the cats and kitten playing with blowing leaves.

Ah,,just thinking about it makes my heart smile! We have a great life now and it will continue going forth! Of that, I am certain!

VISITORS that means extra hands to help me do things I'd otherwise not be able to do alone.

What brought me joy today

Was just being home with the cats, the dogs and my babygirl.

Was getting my girl's computer set up in a spot that works and now our computers are joined and online.

My little Skippy boy is always a joy, he always finds something to get into or finds something new to him. Today he was exploring all over the yard and made his way over to the building where I was working. He did a low a growl as his 7 pound self could muster up. Then got right up next to the fence, tail straight up, ears erect, chest out like a big bad alpha male dog. And he BARKED once. I thought what the heck is he barking at over there. I looked out and the horse was at the other end of the pasture and Skip could see him. Ya ever imagine what must be on their mind? He must have thought that IS THE BIGGEST DANG DAWG I EVER SEEN an God please don't let him come over here PLEASE
