Took my sister to a doctor appointment.
Went by her house and took some pics that her insurance company needs. Printed the pics up and mailed them off. Bought some chocolate toffee. Had dinner. Organized my sister's room (mostly just clearing away the clutter & putting away laundry). Went for an after dinner drive with my nephew. Smoked a cigar. Played Farmville. |
whole lot of nothing, though I did make sure our outside kitty friend had water and crunchies to eat. checked the mail, cleaned our kitties water fountain and found my debit card. Other than that I messed around on facebook, slept and had bad dreams, and ate a couple times. Yay, me.:|

Started laundry
worked out @ gym came home meet up with repair guy to get estimate. packed up 4th of July stuff, still need to put in the attic. cleaned out my spice rack got rid of old stuff. went to the bank to open a new account, I have been putting this off for awhile grocery shopped. Than grocery shopped again. Made dinner. |
Had to take my sister to the eye doctor for another test.
Let my nephew drive while we did a few errands. He's glad I'm not as nervous with his driving as his mom is - - - but then we are in her car! I'd probably be worse if we were driving my car. Cleaned out the back porch area. My sister cleaned the windows. It is so bright and fresh smelling in there now. We've set up a little reading area for my SIL. We even had dinner (pizza) out there tonight! Such fun. Going to start putting the basement in order. |
Took some clothes back to Avenue and exchanged them for some work clothes. This is something i have been procrastinating. Hate to shop for clothes. But it was fine. :)

AS today was my sons 40th bday...lord how time flys,I fixed one of his fav meals.
Did laundry. Gave both fur kids a bath. Then I took one,a bath that is. Had a short nap.Cleaned the kitchen. Wtched a lot of syfi but slept thrue most of it. Now in on the puter and will be off before long and going to bed. |

made breaky for sweetie. marveled at quantity of dirty dishes in and around sink. promised self would do dishes before sweetie returns from WV. gave kitties kisses. made plans to help friend organize apartment. wished friend would do my dishes. felt grateful it is sunday and happy it is raining. |

Showered and out to run errands. Printed up some pics from my camera. Bought a friend some tonic water. Went to catch the train but missed it my mere seconds! Had lunch. Finally caught train. Read a few chapters of my book while on the train. At work. |

It doesn't seem like I've accomplished much at all today. It's gone by entirely too fast.
I did, however, work a half day and am doing some laundry and watched an episode of CSI with Ebon, and am playing on here now. |

But today I.... * Bought a birdfeeder, birdfeed, and a shephards hook because it was all %25 off and it is going to be VERY cold here soon * Tried a new Chicken Brocolli recipe because it looked good in the picture and turned out to taste just as good! * Showed my son's GF how I think you are supposed to grill, because she has never and I have twice - pro you know lol! * Dibley the cat and I decided where the birdfeeder should go because he is an indoor cat and needs to have complete viewing capability.... And that was the day. Another list complete!! |

Worked my butt off today at work on a HUGE project centered on Quality Control, Improvement and Increasing the Rate of Dental Services that are delivered to children enrolled in Medicaid, plus tried to pick up where someone else was slacking off. :hammer: :readrules: :callme: :seconddoh: :fyi: :wallbreak: :pcthink: :tiredcomputer:
Managed to REFRAIN from "boxing the ears" of the guy they say does our in-house I.T., but has NO I.T. background or logical experience....or ANY critical thinking skills or attention span. :seeingstars: drove the LONG drive home after a long day... :scooter: Went to dinner on my Rommie's invite... :sushi: Oogled and Ahhhhhh-ed at several BEAUTIFUL Modular Homes...Daydreamed about their kitchens :chef: :cookielove: :cooking: Once home again, shaved/groomed my Willy Bear :buzz cut: :dog: so he's easier to bathe before his holiday trip this weekend and so I can treat his mosquito bites on his little legs. He's such a GOOD doggy! His whole body goes limp as a wet-noodle when he's on the grooming table... it makes the job go a lot easier when he's so relaxed and easy to flip & flop him around. One load of laundry to dry... :laundryday: ended it all with NICE, soapy, sudsy shower! :bath: Oppps, forgot to add: Talked to Mom about her most recent Oncology Results (not good but better than expected, only slightly disappointing) and tried to coordinate administrative issues with her Medicare. |
Despite falling asleep on the train - - I managed to wake up in time for my stop, had a quick snack, and made it to work on time!

Went to Lowe's and got a deep cleaning carpet cleaner Sprayed down the carpet Worked 2-11 Transferred washer laundry to dryer and put another load in washer on lunch Vacuumed dried carpet foam on lunch Went back to work Filled truck with gas Came home and put second load from washer into dryer Read for class Posted my initial response for class Posted my Myers-Briggs Results reaction Tomorrow is getting kiddo before work and stopping at Wal-mart to get her some blueberries and watermelon, cooking them up some dinner to re-heat while I work, work, then come home and ... maybe do dishes. |
already this morning...
got the toilet to finally stop leaking rescued the outdoor cats from a feral, angry, mean intruder and dealt with the roomie's big dog who was trying to wake the dead at o'dark-30 :furious: bathed Willy Bear...cleaned his ears out with his meds... showered myself packed a few things for the trip... now time to dress and race to work |
