Happy Saturday night friends,
I am happy to be home with the kitties. I am working on my man cave changing up the art work. There is a lot of nature and western art. Nice and quiet here. I hope that everyone has a happy and safe Saturday night, Chad |
chilling tonite,drinking frappe,catching up on emails....tired had long day.
Went to political endorsement BBQ,then to my triplex where i sprayed my weeds/backberry vines and normal upkeep. Also got lunch for my Dad and here i am chilling. |

It's Saturday night...
had a fairly productive day (recently moved) and earlier tonight had a lovely dinner with a good friend. She came over to my place and we shared a deep conversation about spirituality, politics and being introverts. Priceless.

Last night, I had an SVU marathon and cleared out a good portion of my DVR. I don't mind sharing my evening with Olivia Benson, even if she doesn't know it.

I plan on sticking close to home and catching up on some overdue correspondence while Mary goes over to the Clearwater Casino and tries to win herself a car!

Heading to Ocean Shores to attend my nephews High School graduation,then dinner following....He is going to Spokane Community College this Sept for his Firefighter Degree.....Very proud of that!

Got up late in the afternoon after going to bed at 4 a.m. Did house chores (unloaded/load dishwasher, made mini cheesecakes for Logicaly's dad, boiled eggs for deviled eggs to go with dinner tonight), ate a late lunch while watching Netflix, and now in the office listening to Spotify while I work on connecting our printer via WiFi. Likely going to just be a chill night at home tonight

Made baked potatoes for dinner watching tv. Dogs are laying around my chair enjoying a clean house... its my husband's weekend off so he is enjoying some private time watching tv and indulging in some green stress relief tomorrow we are going to daughter and SIL's for a father's day celebration oh...and god bless my Dr...he put me on xanax again and I am relaxed for the first time in MONTHS |

One of my girlfriends always laughs when I tell her my favorite way to spend a Saturday is at home cleaning and organizing and cooking and generally just doing my thing! Well since I only work double shifts on weekends now, I'll be at the nursing home from 3pm until tomorrow morning at 7!!!!! Woo Hoo!!:jester::jester::jester::jester: I don't mind a bit because it gives me Mon-Fri OFF which I absolutely adore. It feels like I'm semi-retired with five days off every week. Ha ha!
