Breakfast was leftover spinach cheese pizza. I write it that way because for once I've found pizza that is more spinach than horrid tasteless cheap cheese

I am having 2 organic brown eggs with cracked pepper and a dollop of hickory smoke bbq sauce mixed in, golden kiwi (who knew???), goat cheese with blueberry goo, bacon jerky, chocolate milk and a bow of fresh fruit. Today, it's mango, pineapple and blueberries.

I had sausage, eggs, tomatoes, and two kinds of toast. I made potatoes but there was no room on the plate or in my tummy. Irish tea to drink.

My own version of Ambrosia that's completely within my prescribed low GI, low carb food plan:
Fage 2% Plain Greek Yogurt - small container 1/2 peach chopped 1/2 cup blueberries 2 TBSP unsweetened coconut 1 tsp sugar free vanilla syrup 1/4 cup roasted pecans 1 TBSP heavy cream - optional Mix everything but the pecans together and refrigerate overnight. Add the cream if it seems too thick. Stir in the pecans right before eating. Heaven in a bowl! |

I made the BEST eggs EVAH today. Two organic brown eggs whipped with cashew milk and a little bit of chipotle bbq sauce from Smoky Bones and scrambled with some shredded Mexican blend cheese. Muah!
I also had some bacon jerky, chocolate milk, blueberries, pineapple and watermelon. Yummy! |

I'm having scrambled cheese eggs, bacon jerky, chocolate milk, dehydrated apple slices and a big bowl of fresh fruit: blueberries, pineapple, cantaloupe and watermelon.

I've been up all night so the lines of breakfast are currently blurred...at some point after midnight I had a bowl of coco crisps and then around 5 I had a pineapple protein shake

Chocolate milk to drink.
Red, white and blue for my sweet tooth. I used the aerosol whipped cream this time and put it in the bowl first and covered it with blueberries and then sliced the strawberries over that. Let it sit for a minute and then fold it in so all the bits are covered. As the aerosol evaporates, it basically creates a creamy glaze over the fruit. Super yummy! My protein was honey chipotle beef jerky and 2 organic brown eggs, scrambled with cashew milk. |

I'm already in pumpkin mode. I can NOT have a pumpkin pie blizzard every day till after Thanksgiving...much as I'd love to...so.... Ive decided to buy some pumpkin puree and make smoothies. Today I found a do it yourself recipe for pumpkin spice. I made a skillet scramble of sorts. Two brown eggs, some hot sauce, shredded cheese and a Southwestern corn mix of corn, onion, black beans and red peppers. I had chocolate milk to drink with red seedless grapes, pineapple and a small bowl of red, white and blue.

This morning I fixed breakfast steaks, eggs sunny side up, whole wheat toast along with coffee and o.j.
