I love hanging with my bestie and her family. Celebrating her mom's 70th birthday and her daughter and son's birthday.
Hanging out eating great food talking and laughing with great friends. Simon enjoying his day in the back yard with sun and kids. Grateful for what I have however striving for better and more for me and my son. :) |
Her calling to tell me today that last night was wonderful :D. Talk about making me all warm and moist again! I love hearing her voice but dahum what it does to me!

I got a brand new frig I needed for a rental property, for 300 dollars!!! I love to barter!!! I just love it !!! Not fancy no water or ice on the door . But its brand new. And perfect for a rental. My sister couldn't even find a used one on craigs list for that. Hahaha. I win that bet.

Thinking about my brother
Today, several times I thought about my older brother. 32 years ago today he committed suicide. I still miss him terribly, but today I smiled as I thought about the days with him when I was a child. He was fourteen years my senior and it was always very cool when he would come home, take me for rides in his Volkswagen beetle, turn me on to new music (this is where my love of classic rock came from) and just be a great big brother. RIP Mike; I miss you but I'll always have my fond memories of you, and they will always make me smile.
