Where are all of these Dell computers that I keep getting spam messages about? I just got another one. I must get
minimum one a day. No wonder people get hacked and have
stolen ID issues.......(ok, less broad statement) some people get hacked and have stolen ID issues. I mean, are you actually going to believe if you click that link, a dell is on its way?:seeingstars:

Everytime my doorbell rings, I yell out to my honey, *Hurry,
it's Ed McMann*.....we don't answer the door. If it's someone who knows us, they call and announce they are stopping in. That always gets me too. We live in the city, do you think people just open up the door when you ring the bell?

my mind today is a blur...Im tired and wired all at the same time...I'm agrivated and blissful....maybe I'm blissfully aggitated...huh never thought of that...I have a lot to accomplish in the next few weeks and my docs wanna start na new round of chemo...really? I was just getting used to eating again...off to the kitchen to create tonights dinner...homemade pizza...

and try and get the right pressure for me.

Evidently, after I reached REM sleep I averaged to stop breathing,
on average - 17 times in 2 hours! No freakin' wonder I am always

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience?
I am almost apprehensive about going to sleep tonight.

Welcome to sleep apnea. Ebon has it. I've stayed awake and watched him sometimes when he's stopped breathing a lot during the night. I find myself holding my breath with him and silently willing him to breathe again. Not unlike an overly dramatic cinematic moment (BREATHE, dammit!) too.

He has a CPAP machine, which has helped tremendously. We were gifted it and it's been a godsend because the volume of his snoring has led to me threatening to stab him with a fork in the middle of the night (and, at that particular moment of stressed sleep deprivation) being completely serious.

He has taken steps to better his health and that has helped his snoring and sleep apnea somewhat. Enough for him to not need to use the machine every night, so that's a very good thing.

I was watching a TV show and a couple was snuggling in bed reading and it made me think how much I would love that about now....

Perhaps one day, you'll be doing just that with someone that can appreciate the simple things you like to do

Just thinking alot about life lately and what I will do about improving it ~ I have things that I want to do, now its just figuring out how to do them!

I've never been a sleeper, that includes when I was a baby. My poor mother. She admitted to me once, she gave me cough syrup to make me sleep.....Anyhow, I don't have sleep apnea. I just don't sleep. I may have slept 40 minutes and woke up and thought I slept 8 hours. At the time I was doing the sleep studies, to further complicate matters, I was doing shift work. 7 to 4 one week. 3 to midnight, then 11p to 8a and the killer shift, two days of each shift in a week.......no wonder I didn't sleep. (I did one study right after killer week).....they said I barely went to REM.

Many lifestyle changes, and I currently am working 9 to 5 mon thru friday, weekends off ( this is a first in my entire working career)and I'm actually sleeping at night. 6 hours, but thats better than 40 minutes. Also, I'm no longer up at night watching infomercials, so I'm not making ridiculous purchases when I am sleep deprived :phonegab:(oh order now and get the second one free) lol.......good will is missing my generous donations! Its no laughing matter, not sleeping is very bad for your health. I've had Dr's lecture the hell out of me (as if I was doing this on purpose) I learned the body is not a battery, you can't store sleep nor can you recharge...its supply and demand. Ok, off my soap box. I go to bed now.

i gotta move from this place before the next maintenance adventure/disaster occurs...

How much i hate the smell of Lysol...grew to really hate it back when i had the flu a couple of months ago and had to spray it everywhere, often.

Now i get to do it all over again with this water leak mess...blech!
