Following my passion...

Do you own any livestock?

:farmbull:

Andrew, Jr. 02-22-2010 08:19 PM

No livestock. I wish I owned my own farm. It is a dream I have had since I was really young.

Do you believe there will be a cure for Downs Syndrome one day soon?

Sometimes. Mainly things like undershirts or socks-- I will get very very specific about those.

Do you like your neighbour(s)? (if they are renters, feel free to separate it between the owner and the tenants. )

Yes I do very much actually. I live out in the middle of no where with my parents still. But all of my neighbors get along. And everyone has something to put in. So if someone is in need another can help if the others cant. I still want to move though lol.

What was your very first concert you ever went to?

Haha well that puts that one out of saying yes....lol I actually havent. My aunt was part Indian, not sure what though. But she was big into doing things naturally. Which I think I have some of her in me which is strange cause I am not blood related but that is why I love that nature vs nurture stuff.

What is your first album/cassette tape/cd? Answer all of em if ya can

Miami 02-23-2010 01:09 AM

My first vinyl (that I bought myself) was the first record released by Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine. I played it to death. lol My first cassette tape was Depeche Mode, Music for the Masses, and my first CD was Diva by Annie Lenox. What can I say, I have VERY ecclectic taste. lol

bobsleigh no question - derring-do, all-action and thrilling but less likely to kill yourself than on the tin tray that our plucky lil lass won her gold medal on. :cheesy:

have you ever been fined for not having a ticket on public transport?

Andrew, Jr. 02-25-2010 01:08 PM

No. I bought a monthly bus pass.

Have you ever fought a traffic ticket for parking on a emergency rt. or rd.?

violaine 02-25-2010 01:45 PM

August

What is your greatest weakness?

violaine 02-25-2010 03:03 PM

devil's advocate- greatest strength because i need to have more patterns and connections arriving at the full picture [especially whenever people see 'negatives' far in advance of my wiring !] greatest weakness because being set up for failure is a possibility in seeing so roundly/weighing out, et c.

have you ever moved any statuary?

have you ever moved any statuary?

Like large outdoor garden statuary? No, I just got my nails done. But I very much enjoy looking at statues, especially in a beautiful garden. There is a restaurant here in Austin called the Oasis, the grounds are decorated with statuary, small gardens and a view of the lake, it is magnificent. A favorite place to take visitors. I was moved when I saw the statues does that count????? :praying:

What does true love look like to you??? :heartbeat:

What's the most touching thing another person has done for you?? :cat:

Andrew, Jr. 02-26-2010 10:35 AM

When my sister died...someone sent me a very beautiful card. It was heartfelt. Then this person made a rather large donation in her name to St. Vincent de Paul.

If you were to die today, would you like to have all of us on BFP to show up at your viewing and funeral?

How many different color pair of shoes do you own?

I have not done an exact count. Many.:shocking:

If it could only be day or night which one would you choose and why?

Dragonfly 03-16-2010 10:21 PM

I would choose night because I can light up the darkness easier than I can block out the sunlight. Plus, skin cancer and all...

The birth of each of my two daughters (sorry - it'll have to be two days).

What are you looking forward to right now?

A drive to Half Moon Bay tomorrow and spending some time at the ocean.

If you could say anything (right now) to someone you had a crush on, what would it be?

I would say: "Flirt with me shamelessly and often while you patiently wait for me to be ready for a committed relationship!"

If you could cure one disease, which one would you choose and why?

I would cure cancer, for it takes away everything and leaves nothing but memories behind.

If you had the choice between being disgustingly rich or being able to have first kisses all the time what would you choose? Keep in mind if you pick the money you never get another first kiss...

Are you trying to make this hard? LOL why would one preclude the other? I would imagine if you were disgustingly rich, you'd have a hella lot of first kisses. *grin*
I think I want to be disgustingly rich. Not that first kisses aren't sweet and all. But the money might last longer.
*ducking*

Would you rather walk along a craggy shoreline in a light rain or dig your toes into the sand on a bright, white beach and soak in the sun?

Fly from the right coast to the left coast or drive from the right coast to the left coast?
