These totally make me smile and remember my roots in journalism. One of my favorite professors used to tell us that most of community journalism was centered around photos of dead animals, cute kids and weird veggies. Y'all have NO idea how right he was. I sent him a paper of mine one day where I had taken pics of all three.

I LOVE finding and taking pics like these. *grin*
I once had the distinct pleasure of shooting a 13-foot tall milkweed. Go figure.
