Rolfing
I bought session eight today in the Rolfing series I'm undergoing. Rolfing is kind of a like a cross between deep tissue massage and physical therapy, except it hurts like hell... plus, I'm made to flex and stretch my muscles while the rolfer jabs her finger or knuckle or elbow into a particularly tender spot, so it's like participating in my own pain. Trippy.
Today she jabbed her elbow and thumb wayyyy deep in my armpits. And told me to relax, as if. Oh joy. |
today i was out running errands so i bought a few little things.....a coffee...a case of dr.pepper, peanut brittle as a gift for my grandmother, a box of kleenex that looks like an ornament box and a phone card so i can talk to somebody very special!

lol...well..i was told to go buy a gift for myself...and after 2 hours of looking and getting frustrated ...i left...i simply couldnt find anything i really wanted....because i already received the bests gifts this yr....and nothing material can ever ever compare....so ill save up....and purchase something that will benefit the entire family..
