Well the storm blew out the florescent lights in the kitchen, but everything else seems fine. It is raining like crazy now and there is plenty of thunder and lightning, but they say the tornado warning is over!

it is the land where it rains seemingly everyday!
But this evening, the sun came out.

It's not warm, yet not too cool,
yet it could be warmer. I do love the hot sun.

it's still in the mid 40s at night;
during the day, it's about mid-50s.

23 C / 73 F -- Partly Cloudy--but I see more sun then clouds right now.

it's yet again, another pearly day in paradise:
I can see the smoke rising from the neighbor's house across the street,
pregnant kitty from my old apt found me again, she was on my patio deck this morning (I'm three flights up in the trees here), and "Tommy" the brindle (a beautiful female dog) who used to live next door to me was outside barking at me a few moments ago :stillheart:

Well......Yesterday they said we had a heat index of 101 if your IN THE SHADE! So if your standing in the sun, heat index would be around 110-115!, oh such lovely weather.
think the actual temp was 96.
More of the same today, ughhhhhhhhhh.

bizarre weather for western MA!

golf ball sized hail, severe thunderstorms and tornadoes touching down.

Your weather is on my local news down here. They have one tornado on film (I think it was in Springfield). Be safe, Sparkle!

It is crazy. So incredibly rare.

The first storm with funnel clouds passed through my city, but no touch downs.
The southern storm came up through CT. and hit Springfield (about 20mi south) and apparently is about to cross the Pike near Worcester.

it is 90 degrees and we are having tornado warnings again until 8:00pm

Snow.....seriously?
