Living the single life.. so of course that means laying in bed scrolling though My emails and the threads and probably passing out soon.. oh and a hot shower

After mowing lawn,turning up flower beds in my 6 ft galvinised bins,put together storage rack for my garage.I,m chilling with TV on. Maybe i will work on my taxes a bit.

So... i actually worked on my taxes for about 45 mins getting all my receipts into right folders for my rentals.I HATE DOING TAX PREP! I am glad my duplex is sold one less tax category for 2018.My goal is taxes in on time.....for the first time in 8 years??? Only because i get a refund,cuz if you owe the IRS its alot of penalty $. I must also admit its the first time in 8 years i have not had a family member in hospice or gravely sick.So i can be the priority finally!

Recuperating from long day. First lunch with my eldest and his new girlfriend. Clothes shopping to pick up something decent for my youngest son's wedding. This because I realized the only formal clothes I have are all black, since I only ever dress that formal these days if it's a funeral. Attended my youngest son's wedding. Back home gave each cat a bit of individual attention. Now I'm skying down with some warm milk, and playing on the planet a bit before flunking in bed to escape the way I'm feeling. It's due to this recent med change. Over time it will improve but first it has to build up in my system.

We went to see the Black Panther movie on Saturday night. Omg.... blew our minds. Then we sat up until 1am talking about everything to do with the film. Then woke up and started talking about it again before our eyes were even open.

I'm up for anything fun that comes my way tonight...:hangloose:

Been a busy day, gonna be an SEC softball night tonight

C is here to get full of my homemade chicken and dumplings and gooey butter cake. She's in the tub and later we will pile up in the nest I built for us on the couch and have girl time with movies, popcorn, and laughing about Rachel Dolezal.

Meanwhile, I got my stationary stuff out and am sending some letters to folks I know. I love doing this with a good cup of tea and blasting some amazing music in the background.

Tonight it's Koko Taylor and her siren-voice wailing "I'm a Woman" (God, that woman has a voice that won't STOP)

Burning some candles and basking in the glow of my salt lamps.

In between all of this is random FaceTime with JD. <3

Feeling cozy= good hygge!

Snuggling with my favorite little man Leo, watching a good show, movie or two… Perusing Fet and planning my next events to attend! :asswhip:

Mary will be off to the casinos tonight and no doubt I'll have my nose stuck in a book.,,:glasses:

Just got :dog: back from my mom. He had been with her for a few days. So we are in our recliner (where we fit perfectly side by side), and I am probably going to watch some Netflix.

Watchin Gonzaga NCAA BB now,ran my errands,worked on taxes a bit. Cube steak,sweet tater and cottage cheese later...hopefully lil phone action.

I am in bed with a tens unit. Not my favorite bed partner, but if it reduces the pain, I'll be satisfied.

Just spending time here for the most part.......

Taking a break, resting a bit after getting a bunch of things done around the apartment.

Eating healthy (broccoli) and unhealthy things (sub) and hanging out with :dog:, who is driving me nuts. Reading reviews on coffee makers and tumeric supplements.

It has been a pretty laid back evening for me. I had dinner at my parents', and now I’m back at home. It’s cold and damp outside, so I decided to build a little fire in the fireplace. This will most likely be the last one until next fall. Now I’m having some hot mint tea with honey while the kitty and I enjoy the fire and watch Dateline.

I have a hunch it will be a very laid back Saturday night here on Green Acres!

I packed a bunch of stuff today and emptied out my butsudan. I had grand plans of leaving the house this evening to pick up a few essentials but ended up taking a shower and napping hard for an hour.

This evening will be all about catching up on an audiobook I've been trying to complete for a week now, creative bursts with graphic design, random cleaning, Facetiming with my very hunky Butch, and sipping a very woody Cab Sav.

I love being grown and doing whatever the hell I want with my time. :hangloose:

Break bulk buy meat into single serve portions to stick in the freezer.

Window shop online for bathroom furniture.

Finish laundry.

Force myself to make something healthy for dinner.

Listen to the news while playing in the arcade.

uh, yup. It's always boring here in Mayberry. I never go anywhere that's not w/I walking distance. That does not
include anything except drugstores and a convenience store
and 1 grocery.
