Helping my sister buy a car. It brings me joy that she is able to buy a car and have it financed on her own. She's come a long way.

...it wasn't crafty, but it was definitely more than goodness!

Hearing from my oldest and his gf on conference call this morning. At first I didn't realize what was happening because it's been forever since I received one. Also I thought they'd already be on the road heading to see her parents for Thanksgiving. Since all of her relatives live out of town we've now got to figure out we're going to divide up the holidays. Anyhow not expecting to hear from them until they got back their morning call was a pleasant surprise.

Receiving a care package from my mom of my Christmas ornaments I collected growing up. A good half are missing but I have many from my youngest years, and ones gifted by family, so it makes my heart happy <3

Bringing home my very unique, small wood stove that has an oven built in (doors on both sides...no need to build a Cob Pizza Oven now) and 4 burners on top. It's very cute and an awesome conversation piece.

Yesterday, mom and I watched old movies all day. There was a nap after lunch, joy.

I feel rested and happy today.
