I love hanging laundry on the line. And taking it down. I love it so much that I don't even use the dryer in the winter--I strung clothesline in the basement.
It's the only thing I can rely on to put my brain in neutral. Anyway, I went downtown today and I found earrings that are teeny tiny clothespins. I'm waiting to see if wearing them puts my brain in neutral, too. If so, I may never take them off. |

HCG again
Today marks day 1 of 49 of my HCG diet. Last time I did it I lost 24 pounds without exercising. This time I plan on exercising because I have a definite goal in mind! Now I know that women aren't usually real pleased to share their weight online but I'm proud of myself so far because in the last year I've lost down from 208 lbs to 162 lbs, and kept it off! That's 46 pounds!
It's a matter of portion control and stopping eating the minute I get that first sensation that I am full. Even if I could finish what was on my plate, I'll take it home for a later time. Try it, see what happens for you! And Lordy, eat more vegetables! They fill you up faster than anything than I've come across, except corn, which is a carbohydrate. :goodluck: |
