I am removing the picture you posted that shows a feminine person looking in the mirror at a masculine person. Here's why. If that picture were reversed and showed naked breasts instead of a masculine chest, we would, in effect be posting "pornography". We know that's all kinda of messed up, but that is the current societal "norm". We are not willing to have a double standard with regards to nudity. Therefore, photos of nudity, even partial are not allowed here. Not are photographs of children. I am not moderating, I am letting you know and clarifying for others, again.

Everyone - if you do not stop pushing the boundaries with your photo posting, it is likely everyone will lose that privilege. Many of you seem to like communicating in this way, so please be mindful and heed the multiple warnings we have given over the past few months.

Randomly thinking about how our language changes with time.

An example of this is,
I use to be an employee now I am an associate.
I use to have a problem at work, now it is an issue that I have.
I use to go to personnel to take care of a problem, now it is human resources department.

This is how it goes now
An associate, has an issue and they take their issue to human resources to discuss a resolution.

It's like learning a new language.
