actually happened last night..
Me rolling over and whispering "Daddy, I can't sleep." she rolled towards me "What's wrong, Babygirl?"; "I dunno, I just can't sleep."; "Roll onto your side, Baby." I rolled away from her and she curled up behind me, one arm under the pillow and my head, her other wrapped tightly around me.. "Better, Babygirl?" "Mmm-Hmm" I smiled and fell right to sleep.. and waking up in her arms was a great way to start my day... definite swooning going on here..

Well manicured hands and polished nails. A hand on my cheek when she can sense I need a moment to focus. Any indication she has my back. |
