Do not hate! I'm actually considering buying a pair of those for work, since I have to wear sneakers at work anyway.

Of course, I am delusional and convinced that in a week I will have an ass like Jennifer Lopez. Which, you know, is what I want.

I read an article about them recently, betenoire, and some are better than others at building up the glutes. I'll see if I can find the article for you, so you can give J Lo a run for her money.

Rats, I haven't found the article, yet. These Curves Toning Trainers have gotten really good reviews. One reviewer said she noticed a difference in her calves in a matter of days. Apparently, you can get them only through Avon, though. I don't know about you, but I have to try shoes on before buying them.
