Happiness is...receiving written permission and a strong confirmation to allow myself to be loved, cherished and highly respected without fear or hesitation. This also includes love from family members that don't always know how to show love.
Happiness is...that simple but sincere message in a bottle. |
Happiness will be when things get back peaceful again. I can see some improvement but still a ways to go. I have to move on ... it would be emotionally unhealthy to stay stuck in sadness. (Plus, I know Kelly would not want that.) One thing for sure, I will never forget her - such a precious spirit she was! Such a funny dog, she always had something going on. In fact, she was the whole entertainment committee. Heh Heh! Kevin and I love and miss you, sweet girl! :)

...an orange tree,
a flower, the unconditional love of an animal, bare hands plunging into cool, slightly damp potting soil, the sun shining on your face, in poems that express how you feel more eloquently than you ever could, Chai tea lattes, knowing that all troubles will fall away naturally, like the tide. Happiness is feeling so silly sharing this and doing it anyway! But most of all, happiness is found in contentment with things just as they are; good or bad. :moonstars: |

Happiness is.... Having such a positive affect on someone that two hours later, they respond with "it took me two hours for it to sink in and make my eyes water....I hate it when my throat lumps up and my eyes get blurry with fog and tears. It's my turn to be at a loss for words."
