I am having homemade beef enchiladas and a fun size Snickers bar for dessert.

I am having sausage in a bun with mustard, potato salad, a Kosher pickle, and chips. Snickers fun bar for dessert.


Apparently I like a lot of pepper on my potato salad.

'Round the corner we have a genuine butcher shop. They make these delicious meat/snack sticks. I know that doesn't sounds very yummy but they are! So, it's some fresh organic meat/snacks sticks with the smoked cheddar and sesame seed crackers.

Mom is making home made noodles, fried chicken, bbqed chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. The house smells yummy.

Well I did make cornbread muffins but I don't think they are going to turn out right :(

Lunch on the rush today was a spinach and romaine salad with greek olives, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoncinis, red pepper, carrot, purple onion, green peas (only 4), a ton of cracked black pepper and a bad ass lemon balsamic dressing.

I had a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich with tomato soup.

Sardines with crumbled boiled egg, thin slice of sweet onion, red pepper flakes, basil, salt, pepper.

Reg salad with cut up veggies in it with ranch dressing

Something simple and boring.

Who cares? I'm going to play with some puppies at lunchtime and will grab something on the way back.

Went to Chili's and had half a serving of a meatless flatbread pizza that was good really good and a salad that had too much salad dressing.

Complements to my sweetheart she made my lunch. Scalloped potatoes with ham, German cucumber salad, and a brownie. She made my tea with pineapple juice.

I made curry-tandoori seasoned chicken with a nice mixture of veggies...

I sauteed chunks of chicken breast in Tuscan herb olive oil, then added some frozen pepper blend and this fantabulous potato-mushroom-asparagus frozen blend from Trader Joe's. Country potato something I think.....twas awesome sauce...and it will be dinner too.
