Oh, I am having a really hard time watching this game!! This not the Tigers I know at all. I really want teams that haven't been the WS in a long to get there. Oh well.

But I always figure that the other team can have a half inning bring in 9 runs if the first one did......

To qote Yogi Berra- "It ain't over until its over."

Hack 10-15-2011 09:16 PM

Yeah, things aren't going our way.

Let's hope we find a real lead-off hitter in the off-season, a fifth starter and some decent middle relievers.

And come Oct 19, I will be cheering for the Cards or Brewers.

And I may be forced to watch the Detroit Lions tomorrow. :/

macele 10-15-2011 09:41 PM

i crave competition. strategy, the works.

and, i just can't stand to lose!
i try not to let it show, but hey ... sometimes it shines! lol

so i'm to the point ...
i don't care who wins between the brewers and the cards.
just as long as they beat texas! ruff!

but, sportsmanship is always needed. wtg texas lol.

bigbutchmistie 10-15-2011 09:45 PM

Nelson Cruz baby WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO Rangers! 2nd consecutive World Series!

Detroit fans in all fairness you guys gave us a good series :) Thanks!

macele 10-15-2011 09:45 PM

it's going to be really hard to beat texas. their batting lineup is awesome.
texas starting pitching, nahh ... better out there.
many times over the season, if not for tx bats ... holland gets the loss.
but this is post season ... and so it goes.

That's exactly what Nick was screaming from our couch. I stopped watching. I couldn't do it any more.

That's what we decided, too.

Oh well. At least it wasn't the fucking Yankees.

*sad*

Congrats Texas fans! Geez you guys got some damn good batters and pitching. And where the heck have you been hiding Nelson Cruz? I dont remember his contributions last year to be as huge as this year. Maybe he's eating his wheaties or something.

Tiger fans, your guys done good to get to this point. Its a gutsy group of guys who kept plugging away in spite of injuries, fatigue, and some fierce competition along the way. You should be proud.

Tomorrow, hopefully the Cards will oust the Brewers.

OUCH! That hurt! Painful game to watch.....

Congrats Rangers fans!

Well, both of the teams I was rooting for since my team wasn't in the play-offs are now out.

Rather see the Cards than the Brewers- and I have to stick with National League in the WS. Although I like the Ranger's manager and Nolan Ryan. But can always do without "Dubya" being there.

The Rangers kicked some ass! Man, what a way to win convincingly.

Mavs yes. Rangers maybe this year cuz they seem to be believing in themselves this time.

Cowboys? With roaming Romo? He's got one hell of a receving corps out there. Now if he could only hit them. Was hoping getting married would have settled him down but he still is looking lost out there.

Are the Stars hockey?

So caught up with baseball and football, I forgot all about hockey this year.

GO CARDS!!!

Yea so did we here in DFW think Romo getting married might mature him a lil. He's just not ever gonna be a Super Bowl Quarterback. And Im tired of Jerry thinking otherwise! LOL

Anyway, Stars yes are hockey. They are up for sale and have been for quite sometiime. They are doing good so far this year. But with Mike Modano leaving last year for the Red Wings, and then retiring this year, well they just dont look like themselves. After all he was the face of the franchise. for 20 years. Anyway, LOL I love me some hockey too!

World Series

Now that the RANGERS have made it to the World Series for the second year in a row, I can relax. Now I'm rooting for the CARDINALS because that would be an awesome series! How many Cardinals fans are on pins and needles for tonight's game?

I am a Cardinals fan but am not on pins and needles about it. I'm too old to waste the energy worrying LOL.

Right now I am focused on BBM's Cowboys being a pain in my Patriots behinds.
