 Steel cut oatmeal cooked in unsweetened coconut milk with apples, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, lots and lots of cinnamon, and a dollop of cream.

 a protein shake with v8 fusion, a scoop of gyto green super food, scoop of vanilla protein and a banana

 Bread with butter and cranberry orange marmalade. That's terrible, isn't it? But it tastes so good.

 Poached eggs on Health Nut bread and hot tea

 vanilla whey, gyto green super food, flaxseed, and mango chunks whipped up into a creamy shake...I know you are all jealous * chuckles*

 Breakfast was a stale-ish muffin and dishwater coffee from some corner store on my way to the dentist. And then the shower drain backed up.
