This past November...a lovely cold, cloudy day on a rocky beach on the St John River in New Brunswick ( not every beach is in Hawaii, burn-your-toes-ies-on-the-fine-sands-hot and your nostrils filled with wafting cocoa butter suntan lotion. lol ).

The New Years lamb roast was ethereally beautiful; the perfect melding of form and function; absolute proportion within the bounds of curatorial je ne sais quoi; divine intercession within a plane of harmonious volatility; so aesthetically perfect that we almost didn't carve it up and eat it. Sublime sandwiches the next day against a foncee background of rye droozled wheat hued puffs.
