Today i have enjoyed the quietness of the morning, drinking my coffee on the back deck, listening to the mockingbird and watching my precious Bella play in the yard.
Today I am thankful of my friends who assure me that I am worthy of their love and devotion. Today I allow myself to feel and cry tears of heartfelt emotions and I know it is not a sign of weakness but a sign of inner strength and I am ok. Today I am enjoying slowing down to breath in my identity that truely allows me to be accepting of who I am at this moment of time and still embracing that I admire who I will become. Today I am reminded that my journey in this life is all mine and it is beautiful. Today is a good day and I am blessed. |

Its really ok to be loved |
This day, I will purge. I will purge negative thought. I will purge the dust of life, collecting in the corners. I will purge things which I have found are unnecessary to my personal growth. I will put negative personalities where they belong. I will confront my own negativity by bringing it out of the depths of myself and kicking it to the curb to be taken to the Negative Landfill. And I will do it all with gladness.

I choose my words carefully to create positive experiences for myself and all the people I share moments with. My words are powerful and loving!
