Good Morning Everyone,
I don't have to babysit today so I am off to visit my mom. She owns a hair salon, so she is doing a manicure on me since my nails keep breaking. I am adding some yogurt and cranberry pecan granola to the breakfast table and thanks Lipstix for breakfast...I still say you should bring your iPod with you, so you can listen to music and forget about the annoying winch... Wow...yummy breakfast, great music, french-pressed goodness...is it a holiday? :cheesy: So nice to see you all up and cheery this morning. Good idea on the internship Lips...just keep plugging away until they let you do more! And yay on the bed Zimmy...air mattresses are fine for the occasional night, but tough on the back for sure. MountainStar, so good to see you back. Last I heard there was a possibility of a nice new butch in your life???? Spill sister! :winky: I have my mid-year review with my boss today. I'm expecting it will go well (and hoping so since this is step one of determining how big of a raise I'll get in January). I'm sooooooo lucky to work where I do....love it! Well today I told Beth that I wanted to learn more and she said alright but just kept me doing paperwork...lets see I sorted the mail, opened the mail for the Doctors UGH, then I did some computer work, then I made some copies from Nursing homes in the area I guess they were requests for patients meds, charts etc. I'm tired now and want to lay down and watch some tv!! I need coffee or tea or something to get me going!!

I have the hot pink iPod Shuffle, I bought it at Wal-Mart almost two years ago and it cost me about $60 with tax.

Well, it's official...I start college August 30th and I am going to lose my mind, lol...The only way I could pick up my Anatomy classes was to take them at the New Smyrna Beach campus, which is about 45 miles from my house and I am hoping the Starbucks in Ormond Beach is going to be open...I have class Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 5pm...My Anatomy class is six weeks long, so I am going to dreaming about that class at night..

A little fruit....some cantaloupe and honeydew melon....and some nice crisp bacon. Yea baby! :eating: Sorry I was AWOL again last night...I've been sorting and packing like a crazy woman and just wore myself out. I've got another car load of "stuff" to go donate...at this rate I'd expect to have nothing left to pack but that certainly isn't the case. It does suck to move but I keep putting it off until the end. I can donate some stuff now which it looks like I'm going to do I just have to make that phone call to the Vietnam Vets and they come with their big truck, heck I'm getting rid of Christmas trees and everything!! So yes Jo it is a pain in the ass.
Oh and the breakfast sounds wonderful pancakes yum, now I need to get going and crochet for my class tonight. Its demo speech which should be easy, ust three more to go and no more speeches. Oh yeah I have homework to do:blink: What was I thinking. No internship for me today yeah no Beth no mail no nothing!! Just the health fair on Sunday, that's where I get double the hours for internship so yeah I will be there if they would just post the directions to the damn place its in a park in Union City, NJ very Spanish speaking I really don't know what they were thinking minorities in need of medical care Oh well if they have an arm I will stick it for Phlebotomy I just hope my eyes cooperate, maybe its just finger sticks thats easy... I try My best to go through My clothes every 6 months or so and donate what I can. However, I know I have other stuff in My second bedroom/office that I could and probably should donate or sell. So much for the weather-guessers.. they said it was only supposed to be in the 70's. Last night we had a pretty wicked storm blow through..however you would never know it today. I am going to spend some time today working on My jewelry and hopefully within a couple of weeks I will have some more listed in My etsy store.. and I am thinking of paying them to promote the store once I get some more stuff up there. It's evening for me so I'll leave this 6-pack of Peroni and a multi-bag of Seabrooks crisps for after dinner when y'all want to chill out. All settled in at Mrs.I's place and pretty much packed for our weekend away at the Hot rod Hayride. http://www.hotrodhayride.com/index2.html All that's left for me to do is shave my head and make sure that everything is in order to load the car and go in the morning. I'm not a morning person so everything has to be left 'ship shape' this evening so that I don't need to think in the morning. We're leaving early so as to avoid getting caught in Friday afternoon traffic on the notorious M25 (London Orbital road) |

No nothing at the internship is good, just boring fucking paper work that's all. Tomorrow I am going to ask if I can sit at the checkout desk and learn it and the front desk too, its says it in our paperwork that we have to learn to greet patients etc etc etc
Sunday is good though get to work on patients at a health fair taking BP's vitals finger sticks I think!! So this shindig is straight and you and Mrs. I will be the queer couple , oh well how does the people of England take on the gay community? Because you know here in the US its a different story all together especially if you live in the MIdwest, Southwest parts of it and deep south like Louisana, Missisippi, and I don't know about Florida there are gay places in Floriida but NY is very gay friendly and so is parts of NJ but not where I live its very hetero, catholic and conserrvative!! Have fun you two. |
