Now, where are you going to be, specifically? My company has 5 locations in Austin, so it would make sense to pick the location that's closest to where you are trying to be. There might also be a free truck rental in the deal too, if you need it.

Austinites and visitors, do you like Indian? You need to try the Tandoori Bistro at Oltorf/I35. Oh my yum! Ebon and I had lunch there today. 7.95 for the buffet and 2 for tea (including refills) was a steal. I am still full. LOL:hangloose:

It depends on how my workday goes. If I get home at 5, it shouldn't be a problem to zip up there in time. If not, I may have to pass.

As I mentioned before, Wednesday was a better day for me since it's my only day off next week.

Well, I have arrived and have settled into the hotel. Going to run over to Whole Foods so I have cheaper and healthier snacks for the week (plus see if I can get a network cable).

Like I said from the beginning...I'm soaking up ALL the Linus time I can. :) I'll be at the hotel about 6 tonight, Linus. If no one else is coming, we can wing it. Heck, we can do sushi TWO times this week. Whatever works.

So it worked out that Linus and I had dinner at Baby A's. :) It was just the two of us so we went for something a little more Austin-y.

MMMMM!

We chatted about Wednesday. He isn't free until 6pm. Soooo. I can pick him up at 6 and then we can meet folks down south at Chi Chinese Buffet on I35. Say around 6:30?

Well....with all due respect, sushi at a Chinese buffet is not very fresh.

May I suggest ~ also in S. Austin ~ a wonderful sushi bar called Haiku. It's in the big shopping complex at I~35 & Slaughter Lane (there's a Target/Barnes & Noble/JCPenney/Hobby Lobby there).......

Speaking for myself, I love a Chinese buffet, but if I go to the Chinese buffet, I won't be eating sushi. :)
