i wake up between 2 and 4 a.m. almost every morning no matter when i went to sleep (which is usually around midnight). so no. no alarm

Nine rooms including two and a half bathrooms. I use five of them :)

the greatest mistake i've ever made is not treating myself with the respect and love i deserve. sounds cliche, but all sorts of shitstorm happens when you dont do that most basic thing. it often just happens gradually so you dont know you're in it, until you're really *IN* it.

Passion. No, not just the physical kind of passion, but passion that can come out as determination and persistance to accomplish something or reach a goal. There's also emotional passion for life, for interests that can see one through all kinds of crap.
