We must be on the same wave-length this morning! {{{{ YOU }}}}} Thanks for leaving this song here today! BTW, do you remember the song by Tammy Wynette??? D.I.V.O.R.C.E.??? I just love that song too! When I hear her sing it, I often try to impersonate the twang in her voice! |

Lol.. I only do that with Janise Joplin... Well, if you around 43 yrs old and are from northern california and are taking a trip down memory lane... then we are probably on the same wave lenght |

Heh!!!!! I'm taking a little break from my studies and although I cannot take credit for having known about the following YouTube videos (another member on the different site - "3 plus 14" - if you're here, I want to publicly thank you for submitting your video choices for others to view there), I want to leave them here because they speak on (or rather, it's a testament to) items involving Environmental Communication discourse issues that I am currently studying!
*enjoy* :blueheels: The above video contains clips from the film documentary "BARAKA" (1992) - environmental impact upon countries and peoples across the globe as a direct result of war and fighting over what precious little resources we have left in the world. This video and song about the River Jordan reminds me of what I learned recently about 6 middle-east political leaders joining hands and jumping into the river, symbolizing their desire to share this resource and set their political values and beliefs aside in the interest of people who desperately need this viable source for multiple reasons. |
