Butch Femme Planet

The storm has taken all of my time. My family has been without power since Sandy hit. They are cold and without gas. I saw a sign on one of the houses on thier street. It said "Sandy you Bit.." I thought it has been like a woman who took everthing from you and left you to carry on.
Then we had a snow storm. Then I think to myself.... Is the end coming? We are just getting pounded. I call it the war zone. Houses in neighborhoods deserted. With contents of once homes out on the street as garbage now. No hope of when the electric will come back. Taking showers in the local gym. Walmart had no food in thier freezers and coolers for days. I have never seen it empty. People fighting for gas and food. It is a war zone and the images I have seen and felt are forever with me.
And I am single! No one to love me through this hell.....

Sunny, thats terrible :( I can totally understand why these images will stay in your mind. As you know, I used to live in Northern VA but then moved to SC, this is the only time that I'm glad that I'm in SC even though I know that NOVA didn't get much of the storm. I hope people get their electricity back on soon, WalMart gets more food and the gas fighting is over soon. I do understand about not having someone to love you through the hell you are going through but you are a special guy and deserve a special femme...I know she's out there somewhere for you

I went on a date a couple years ago and it sucked!!! But since then I've been dateless, where I live there are no butches...heck there's no butches at all!!! Have I mentioned lately how much I miss Northern VA lol

Hang in there, everyone. We don't know the future, but I think I know that everyone here does their best to roll with it and make the best of what they have. I know that's my mantra. Good evening to one and all.
It's another Saturday night and I've no where to go. So I'm at the computer with my trusty side-kick Marko (my cat) at my side. Wondering where all the Femmes hide in Mobile, AL. I know there are some because I've seen them, but they are taken. There must be others. What's a guy to do about it? Interestingly, it was suggested that I move to New Orleans, now that's a thought to consider, but my current situation has me here for now. So here's to new discoveries, I'm ready as I'll ever be.

I pop in and out...sometimes more days than others. It depends on my mood and strength. The pink cane is doing great, just wish I could put some sparkles on it. I've gotten better about not putting the cane on the cats' tails lol

I agree with you on not knowing what the future holds and the excitement that can generate.

Every day I write an affirmation to help direct me and invoke what it is that I want. This has always helped me in the past and it starts my day off on a really upbeat note. Sure some days just suck..lol...but I work hard to turn that energy around as fast as I can.

It is a beautiful weekend here. 81 today...and a nice little shower this afternoon to cool it down a bit...
I enjoy sitting on the patio, working on crafts, and watching the rain....yummy!!

Fell at work on wednesday and been having more headaches and migraines ever since. I hope this calms down when my back calms down!! My migraines were well under control until this!!
